To secure your booking, we kindly request a deposit of $600 USD plus tax. Once your deposit is received, we will promptly send you a complete confirmation email along with a receipt, ensuring your reservation is fully confirmed.
Important Information: Gratuity is not included, and a 16% VAT tax applies to credit card payments, but cash payments are tax-free.
Prefer to Pay in Cash?
If you'd prefer to pay the full amount in cash on the day of your charter, we'll happily refund your deposit, including the tax. This option gives you flexibility and peace of mind.
Additionally, should you require transportation during your stay in Cabo such as airport transfers or dinner reservations we would be delighted to arrange these for you at a discounted rate.
To make your experience seamless, we offer with no extra cost luxury round-trip transportation in our deluxe vans. From the moment you leave your hotel until you return, you'll enjoy the comfort and convenience of our premium service.

Each boat has a standard occupancy of guests. Additional passengers have an 'extra guest fee', with the price depending on the boat, each boat also has a maximum capacity.

Prices do not include vat tax 16% in all card payments.

Gratuity for the crew and drivers not included.

The currency exchange is 1 USD = 20 MXN

All vessels come with life jackets, emergency equipment, and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring the required medication in the event of an emergency and let us know when booking to avoid those ingredients in the menu.

Our cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your cruise to receive a full refund of your deposit or payment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 to 48 hours before the cruise, we can refund 50% of your deposit or payment. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the cruise are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
