Each boat has a standard occupancy of guests. Additional passengers have an 'extra guest fee', with the price depending on the boat, each boat also has a maximum capacity.

48 Hours Before Your Cruise: If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled cruise, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.

24-48 Hours Before Your Cruise: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours of your cruise will be eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit or payment.

Within 24 Hours of Your Cruise: Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your cruise are not eligible for a refund.
